What makes NatruLay body butters different?
Our butters are handmade using high-quality ingredients like shea, mango, avocado oil, jojoba oil, and vitamin E. Each blend is crafted to melt into the skin, lock in moisture, and leave you smelling amazing all day.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We created a dedicated Sensitive Skin Collection using gentle, fragrance-free ingredients to soothe irritation, dryness, eczema-prone skin, and more. If you’re unsure, always patch test first.
Do you use fragrance oils or essential oils?
We use skin-safe, cosmetic-grade fragrance oils at safe usage levels (2%) and essential oils only when appropriate. Sensitive Skin products contain no fragrance.
How long does one jar last?
A little goes a long way!
- 1 oz minis: great for travel, trying a scent or to carry on the go.
- 4 oz jars: typically last about 4 weeks depending on daily use.
- 8 oz jars: 5–8+ weeks depending on usage
What’s the best way to store my body butter?
Keep your butter somewhere cool and dry. Avoid leaving it in hot cars or direct sunlight. The natural butters can liquify.
My body butter arrived slightly melted. What do I do?
Place it in the fridge for 10–20 minutes and it will firm back up. The texture may change slightly but the quality stays the same.
Do you ship year-round?
Yes! During warmer months, we include cold packs to protect your butters year-round to add that extra protection.
How fast do orders ship?
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Do you accept returns?
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products.
Why can’t I return my product?
Skincare items cannot be resold once they leave our workspace. To keep everything hygienic, safe, and high-quality, we cannot accept any products back.
Can I use these products on my kids?
Absolutely! Our formulas are gentle enough for most skin types.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the handmade nature of our skincare products and for the safety of all customers, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something is wrong with your order (damaged in transit, wrong item, missing item), please contact us within 48 hours. We always want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
